First I'd like to say hi to you new watchers from the last couple of days! *waves*
Secondly: Started on a new rather big school project today. Me and Johan Rosell are going to make an animated short, and we have about four weeks to do it. Neither of us have really done anything like it before, so it'll surely be demanding and challenging. Fun times! Then, right after that project is done, I'm moving to Southsea, UK, for an internship at I love Dust. Busy times.
This means, if I try behave like the good student I'm supposed to be, that I won't have much time for personal art. I'll try my best to combine it, because I have some ideas for more classic!Holmes as BBC!Sherlock interpretations I'd like to do. I can't promise anything though.
If you like to see some work in progress, sketches, and stuff like that, I recommend my tumblr
I've decided to do more of the illustrations of classic Sherlock Holmes scenes but using the BBC versions of the character. However, the number of great scenes to illustrate are nigh on infinite, so I'd love some suggestions of which ones to start with.
Okay so I thought I would just tell you guys that really nice things are happening. Some of you might know that I'm currently studying Digital Media at Hyper Island in Sweden. Aaaaaaaan, as part of the education, there's a 7 month internship that is all up to us to fix, and we can literally end up anywhere we want as long as it's in the field of digital media (and that the studio/agency wants us)
LONG STORY SHORT:
I'm gonna spend seven months at I Love Dust in Southsea (UK), and I'm SO EXCITED! They do absolutely brilliant work and I'm super chuffed that they want me. Hellz yes.
I've decided that it's time to brush up this sketch that's been sitting in my sketch book for almost a year. Can't really decide on style though? I'm thinking vector, but I dunno with or without lines. etc.

Which are you favourite classic Holmes moments?
Okay, so I thought it might be time to announce a kiriban, right? It's still about 8k to go, but I like to be ahead of my time.
So, whoever gets the 50k pagepview, get a screencap of it and I'll draw you something nice :3
